Yes. The Leisure Pools Warranty may be transferred to a new homeowner, provided the warranty is eligible and all transfer requirements are met. Leisure Pools must be notified in writing, and the transfer must be completed within one month after the change of ownership and within five years after the pool’s original purchase. Warranty coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions and eligibility requirements in the applicable Leisure Pools Warranty Handbook. The warranty operates in addition to any rights and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
The purchaser must register the warranty through our online warranty form within six months of delivery. If you become aware of a potential structural warranty claim, you must notify Leisure Pools or a Leisure Pools dealer in writing within seven days and may submit the details through the online Service Request form.
