Mold Construction
Primary responsibilities include construction, modification, repair and maintenance of swimming pools + spa molds using gauges, cutting tools, jigs, and tooling gel. Fabricate new molds by analyzing blueprints, sketches, models and engineering or shop specifications. Knowledge of milling machines, surface grinders, precision measurement devices and related shop equipment would be ideal.
Mold Maintenance
Primary responsibilities include preparing mold or surface properly with release film, wax and other part release products. Inspect and clean production and trimming equipment. Inspect laminate surfaces for imperfections or foreign material and correct as necessary, using trimming knives, sanders, grinders or other equipment. Knowledge and understanding of product quality processes would be ideal.
Laminator
Primary responsibilities include spraying chopped fiberglass, resins, and catalysts onto prepared molds / dies using pneumatic spray guns with chopper attachments. Inspect, clean, and assemble molds before masking off mold areas not to be laminated, using cellophane, wax paper, masking tape, or special sprays containing mold-release substances. Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution to ensure high-quality products.
Truck Driver
Primary responsibilities include driving long distances to deliver goods to distribution yards, dealer locations and customers’ homes. Load and unload fiberglass swimming pools, spas, pool equipment and other items and record cargo deliveries. Maintain, refuel and clean vehicle, plan routes and meet delivery schedules. Current Class A CDL or commercial driver license required. Must have 2 years Class A CDL experience to be able to drive wide loads.
